These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products
purchased through the website https://www.origine-helmets.it (hereinafter, "Site").
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for
consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to
own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.
The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
The Customer is required to read carefully the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Website, al
order to allow it to be stored and reproduced by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9
April 2003, n. 70.
The contracts concluded with H & H Sports Protection srl (as defined below) through the Site are governed by the law
Italian and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and the Decree
Legislative 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").

3. Information related to the Products
The information relating to the Products "H & H Sports Protection srl" subject to distance selling through the Website are
available, with the relative product codes, on the Website.
The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
4. Price
The prices of the products are understood to be inclusive of all taxes and duties for sale within the states of the European Community; any taxes and / or customs duties for sale in countries outside the European community will be charged to the customer. All prices are expressed in Euros.
5. Order of Products
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer related to each Product.
For the purchase of the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form to H & H Sports Protection srl
electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate form
"cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for the expenses of
delivery and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, will have to select the mode of
desired payment and choose the "send order" option.
Before submitting your purchase order, the customer will have the opportunity to correct any errors in the inclusion of the
data following the specific modification procedure contained in the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the
quantity of the Products you intend to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the "shopping cart".
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the
purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions.
H & H Sports Protection srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. H & H Sports Protection srl
will inform the Customer of any impossibility to accept orders received within 48 hours starting from the working day
following the one in which the Customer has sent the order to H & H Sports Protection srl and will reimburse the
sums already paid already.
6. Method of payment
H & H Sports Protection srl accepts payments made in the following ways:
-Payment Online via Pay Pal account
-Payment Online via Nexi Platform
-Bank Transfer
7. Confirmation of receipt of the order
In compliance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of execution of the
contract, by e-mail, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the customer.
8. Ineffectiveness of the order
No contract must be considered concluded between H & H Sports Protection srl and the Customer if H & H Sports Protection srl has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in the purchase of the ordered products, or misuses the right of withdrawal.
In such cases, the order forwarded by the Customer must be construed as being ineffective. H & H Sports Protection srl will provide
to transmit to the Customer, by e-mail, a communication certifying the non-conclusion of the Contract, taking care
likewise the cancellation of any debit and / or expense charged to the Customer.
9. Transportation and delivery
The Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer has in any case the right
to request the delivery of the products to an individual of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the
Italian territory.
At the time of delivery the signature of an adult older than 18 will be required. No deliveries will be made
to mailboxes.
For every order placed on the Website, H & H Sports Protection srl will issue an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it via
e-mail or mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000 and of Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice
the information provided by the Customer when ordering is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible afterwards
the issue of the same.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by BRT courier, with standard service and without notice
delivery, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. H & H Sports Protection srl is not responsible for
unforeseeable delays.
Deliveries take place within 3 working days.
For the delivery of goods it is necessary the presence of the Customer or one of his charge to the address of the recipient
indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the
number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not
altered. Any damage to the package and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be
immediately contested by written control reserve on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once signed the
document of the Courier, the Customer can not make any objection about the external characteristics of the
parcel delivered.
CASES OF NON PRESENCE AT THE TIME OF THE PASSAGE OF THE COURIER
In case of return at our office the package and storage for storage at the courier, will be charged
Euro 20 due to storage costs that the courier charges us.
If for reasons not dependent on our will you were rendered untraceable upon delivery, you can contact
the seat of your city's courier and arrange for a later delivery or collection at the courier's premises
H & H Sports Protection srl is not economically responsible for parcels left in storage at BRT. The
customer who has not been able to agree an agreement for a second delivery with the headquarters of his own city, or
the collection at the BRT headquarters, assumes the burden of completing the shipment itself. In the case the
courier will deliver the package for failure to collect by the customer, H & H Sports Protection srl will contact the customer
for any redelivery and requesting the reimbursement of any storage costs as well as shipping costs
endured (return to H & H Sports Protection srl) and for those to be endured (return to the customer). In the case the
customer did not intend to fulfill the payment of expenses incurred by H & H Sports Protection srl or did not arise
in contact to agree, or following our mail with a request for reimbursement for expenses incurred
Responded within a reasonable period of 7 (seven) days, H & H Sports Protection srl will retain the goods not
withdrawn due to non-compliance by the customer.

10. Errors
The information relating to the Products provided on the Website is constantly updated.
However, the complete absence of errors can not be guaranteed.
H & H Sports Protection srl reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after it is
an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions the
territorial jurisdiction will be that of the forum of Pistoia.
