SHIPPING POLICY

We use BRT courier for Italy. Transit time is 1/2 business days for mainland Italy and 2/3 business days for Sardinia and Sicily.

Shipping costs: € 8 (VAT included) per box (max 15 kg/box)

For Europe we use GLS. Generally, delivery times range from 4 to 9 business days.

€ 8 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Austria, Germany

€ 12 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland

€ 14 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Denmark, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Switzerland*

€ 19 per box (max 15 kg/box) for:

Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia,

Sweden, United Kingdom*

+ Cyprus, Finland, Ireland, Norway*, Malta, Turkey*, Corsica to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

*Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway and Turkey are not within EU customs, therefore the customer will have to pay duties.

Note: Shipping times start from the receipt of payment (payment by bank transfer may result in an extension of shipping times).

Credit card payments are processed in 5 business days, after which the shipping times specified above apply.
